Heather Horton is a 1999 graduate of DoveStar Institute of Holistic Technology and has been helping her clients relax and renew ever since. Heather has received advanced training in Orthopedic Massage, Thai massage and stretching, has completed 200 hour yoga teacher training, and most recently received her NASM certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Heather specializes in incorporating a variety of massage and manual therapy techniques aimed at reducing muscular tension in a comfortable, relaxing environment so that you may get the most benefit from therapeutic massage.

When not at work she keeps her hands busy gardening, knitting, and making pottery and spinning in circles as a hoop love coach.
