By purchasing a Gift Certificate from Heather Horton, LMT you are agreeing to the following policies -

• GIFT CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME SERVICE
• Not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates 
• Gift Certificates are transferable 
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable
• Gift Certificates have no cash value
• Prices subject to change without notice
• After 1 year from issue date, bearer is responsible for any difference in price
• Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for appointment changes and cancellations. 

Appointments that are canceled or changed in under 24 Hours, or appointments that are a "No Show" are subject to cancellation fees equal to the amount of the original service scheduled and will result in the forfeiture of the value of the gift certificate.
